Job Description - Executive Pastor of Operations

The Executive Pastor of Operations (XPO) serves as a central leader within the Central Leadership Team, which includes the Lead Pastor and the Executive Pastor of Staff (XPS). Operating under the authority of the Lead Pastor, the XPO provides strategic oversight of all operations, organizational development and equipping, and organizational alignment for Church on the Rock. This role is responsible for the direct oversight and management of the Central Support Team, ensuring operational alignment, operational efficiency, and the successful execution of church-wide mission and initiatives.
