Job Description - Executive Personal Brand Manager
Position Summary: The Executive Personal Brand Manager is a high-performance, multifaceted role responsible for developing, managing, and scaling the personal and professional brand of Dr. McGinley. This individual operates in combination of media production, strategic communications, clinical support, executive operations, and lifestyle logistics. The role requires a proactive, highly organized, technically motivated and adaptable professional with a strong personality, capable of functioning in dynamic environments including travel, clinical settings, business engagements, and sports related activities such as motorsports and adventure expeditions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personal Brand Development & Media Strategy
Design and execute a comprehensive personal brand growth strategy across digital and traditional media platforms
Drive audience growth, engagement, and name recognition through targeted content and partnerships
Manage and scale social media presence, including content planning, posting cadence, and analytics tracking
Identify and secure media opportunities, collaborations, and speaking engagements
2. Content Creation & Documentation
Capture high-quality photo and video content during travel, events, clinical innovation work, and adventure activities
Produce and edit content for multiple platforms (short-form, long-form, podcast, promotional media)
Develop storytelling narratives that align with brand positioning and strategic objectives
3. Adventure & Motorsports Media Support
Travel domestically and internationally to document adventure expeditions and motorsports involvement
Coordinate logistics for filming in dynamic and high-performance environments
Ensure timely production and distribution of media from events and races
4. Podcast Production & Distribution
Coordinate, plan and record podcast episodes
Manage guest outreach, scheduling, and briefing materials
Oversee editing, publishing, and distribution across platforms
5. Executive Support & Operations
Manage complex personal and professional scheduling, including prioritization and conflict resolution
Coordinate all travel logistics (flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries)
Serve as a gatekeeper for office access, communications, and time management
Assist with personal day-to-day operational needs
6. Meeting & Event Intelligence
Prepare detailed briefings for meetings and events, including attendee backgrounds, objectives, and key talking points
Attend meetings/events as needed and provide structured summaries with actionable insights
Track follow-ups and ensure execution of action items
7. Strategic Growth & Project Execution
Support execution of strategic goals across business ventures, clinical innovation, and brand expansion
Assist in development of presentations, investor materials, and public-facing communications
Contribute to company growth initiatives, community engagement, and partnership development
8. Medical & Professional Support
Provide clinical support as appropriate
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all healthcare-related interactions
Qualifications:
Strong, confident personality with the ability to operate in high-level dynamic executive environments
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Experience in content creation, and social media growth strategies
Proficiency with media production tools and editing software
Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including for adventure and motorsports events
High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
Experience in executive support, brand management, or related fields preferred
Background in healthcare
Experience in sports medicine, or entrepreneurship is a plus
