Executive Producer-The Crossing Church

Our church... is a non-denominational multi-site church with four St. Louis-area campuses where we gather each weekend to study this ancient story found in Scripture that is still transforming lives today. We believe church should be a place where believers in Jesus and skeptics can stand side-by-side to study truth and ask tough questions. We blend teaching and worship with art and technology to create a service where you can experience the message of Jesus in practical and life-changing ways.

Executive Producer...this full-time 40-hour week position is responsible for overseeing the execution of tech, music and broadcast details specific to the weekend service and special events at The Crossing. This position is responsible for leading all creative processes related to planning and creating the weekend services.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide creative and administrative oversight for all weekly meetings pertaining to the planning and execution of weekend services
• Bring innovative ideas and strategies to the creative and production processes at The Crossing, including stage design and use of technology
• Bring fresh, innovative ideas to music and programming
• Create and maintain working relationship with all teaching pastors to support their vision and teaching of the weekend services
• Provide guidance to site production teams, and any other production-related teams
• Collaborate regularly with Creative Teams and Communications Teams on needs for the weekend services, as well as special projects
• Work closely with broadcast team as part of the production process for weekend services
• Work closely with Director of Creative Arts in identifying budget needs, staffing needs, and long-term strategic planning

• Baptized after making the thoughtful decision to follow Christ
• Regard the Bible as God’s final authority in all areas of Christian life and desire to be wholly obedient to it
• Wholeheartedly affirm The Crossing’s Statement of Faith, including our view on Baptism
• Live a lifestyle consistent with scriptural principles
