The Lifecycle Product Management vision is focused on the following key tenants:

The Large Block Utility Product Management team is one of the key verticals within the Product Management organization and represents F and H class platforms across their life-cycle. This team is responsible for product strategy definition and implementation for 7F, 9F, GT24, GT26, 7HA, and 9HA platforms, including development of the new unit product and managing services product offerings in all lifecycle phases of the fleet.
The 60 Hz Segment Lifecycle Product Manager is responsible for the strategy and execution for the full lifecycle of the product portfolio consisting of 7F, GT24, and 7HA platforms. They will develop, implement, and champion the execution of key programs aligned with the Gas Power Strategy by driving alignment and engagement across the enabling functions; Region, Commercial, Engineering, and Supply Chain. They will drive this strategy by assessing insights from severe events, NCRs, VOC, user group feedback, inventory holdings / cycle, field execution, competitive intelligence, financial and market metrics.
The candidate will have demonstrated ability in the following areas: leadership and influence, strategy, installed base services and service models, customer value creation, technology innovation, operational excellence, and business acumen. They will be passionate about the total equipment scope that they support for their installed base and customers; this is inclusive of a demonstrated total plant understanding.

Job Description
What You’ll Do:
- Own the strategy and execution with adjacent functions (Quality, Supply Chain / Operations, Engineering, Commercial, etc.) for their portfolio, developing and implementing plans commensurate with the Product Strategy pyramid at all levels. This includes but not limited to responsibility for severe events, NCRs, VOC, user group feedback, inventory holdings and turns / cycle plus field execution performance, competitive intelligence, financial and market metrics
- Accountable at the segment level for:
- Product and services market share
- Global product & services orders, sales and CM
- Product performance, reliability, and quality metrics
- Project execution, quality and profitability
- Product cost
- NPI Program ROI
- Articulate clearly the actions, projects and investments necessary to achieve improvements in customer sentiment, quality / reliability, services cycle time, outage and project execution whilst driving for systematic and real improvements in product cost and pricing. Champion and quarterback the implementation and execution of these plans acting as key drivers in a cross functional and matrixed environment and be the single & accountable owner of improvements to the product plan. Responsible for driving transformative change across PM org and adjacent functions
- Develop product specific Multi-Generation Product Plans encapsulating all of the above, and further define investments needed to ensure a vital installed base together with planned introductions for technology upgrades and forward-looking product enhancements when necessary
- Establish cost targets and drive aggressive product cost-out programs collaborating and leveraging effectively resources across the broad organization
- Work across a high matrix organization (regions, sales, marketing, technology and supply chain) and ensure collaboration and teamwork in delivering a quality product to our customers
- Collaborate with regional teams, product technology owners and solution teams to normalize / prioritize requirements, account for regulatory compliance trends, simplify the way we deliver to the marketplace, project sales with accuracy, and be accountable for manufacturing delivery
- Establish integrated segment strategy, lead regional segment offerings discussions, drive global cross-functional team to deliver results
- Lead NPI strategy for the segment and collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams for successful implementation and launch of new products
- Collaborate with MYA team to drive the long-term service agreement strategy for the segment
- Own fleet communication to customer (including TIL & CIB approval)
- Lead, coach, mentor and inspire direct reports, mediate conflicts, and conduct annual appraisals and compensation plans
What You’ll Bring (Basic Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related discipline
- At least 10 years of experience on OEM Gas Turbine Technology
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a product line, commercial or technical environment

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $248,000 and $372,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
