LHH is partnering with a nonprofit organization in the Baltimore, MD area looking to bring on a Executive Recruiter. They are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate for a Temporary-to-Hire role that will support Business Development and recruiting. The role will be primarily remote but requires the candidate to live in the DMV region. The position will pay between $28-$33 per hour based on experience and $70,000-$80,000 once converted to permanent.
This role will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the organization. This position is responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies to engage potential partners and community stakeholders. Additionally, the Recruiter aspect of the role involves identifying, attracting, and retaining talented individuals to support the organization's mission.
Responsibilities: Research and identify potential partners, sponsors, and donors aligned with the organization's mission. Develop and execute outreach plans to engage businesses, community leaders, and other stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential partners through effective communication and collaboration. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong match with the organization's values and requirements. Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other outreach activities. Cultivate strong relationships with community organizations, educational institutions, and other relevant entities. Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and meetings to enhance visibility and partnerships. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of outreach activities, partnerships, and recruitment efforts. Provide regular reports on outreach and recruitment metrics to leadership.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Nonprofit Management, or related field. Proven experience in business development, outreach, or recruitment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Passion for the mission and values
