Executive Recruiter - Digital Marketing - Hiring Urgently

Source Lab Search - a sister company of The Bachrach group, which prides itself on being a collaborative, engaging, and rewarding environment, is seeking a motivated Director. The ideal candidate has prior full-desk or business development recruitment experience within a recruiting agency, an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for sales, a proven track record of success, and can take a hands-on approach to building business opportunities. Must have a book of business in the digital marketing industry! 

Job Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Develop and manage client relationships with a focus on senior-level digital marketing direct hire/permanent needs.  

• Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and positioning us as a strategic advisor delivering actionable insights and practical business solutions.  

• Track and record sales activity in ATS.  

• Lead meetings to increase efficiency and drive accountability.  

• Deliver and execute best practices related to business development and recruitment.  

• Contribute to a strategic plan that outlines growth objectives and a road map.  

• Achieve established sales and performance goals.  

Requirements:  

• Minimum 5-8 years' experience working for a Staffing Agency.  

• Bachelor’s Degree  

• Proven success in achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.  

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ATS  

• Hardworking and eager to contribute to individual and team success  

• Proactive, self-starter, ability to take direction  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills  

• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates  

• Effective time-management abilities
