• You'll be a self-starter and be responsible for all delivery man hiring needs
• Be the contact point for all Delivery Staff
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/newspapers/colleges/ etc.
• Screen the thousands of applications we receive through different channels and form a structured approach to recruitment
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills and soft skills.
• Conduct background checks and verify identity.
• Prepare on-boarding and training material for all new and existing delivery staffs
• Prepare and maintain documentation for all delivery staff records.
