This position is located in Key West, FL. This position will require living and working in Key West, FL.

Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:

• 3+ years as Exec Sous, Sous Chef, CDC, or Exec Chef for a high-end, fine dining restaurant or hotel
• Education or experience with high-end, all scratch, artisanal cooking
• Michelin or James Beard experience would be a huge plus!!
• Desire and Ability to live and work in Key West, FL

Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Create and update menus, recipes, and SOPs in concert with leadership
• Teach and manage the Culinary team on all recipes and expectations
• Run the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef
• Be a leader and inspire with positivity and passion
