About Us:
At McGuire Moorman Lambert Hospitality we are on a mission to create the world’s chicest hotels and restaurants. Led by powerhouse restauranteurs Larry McGuire & Tom Moorman, and visionary hotelier Liz Lambert, and we believe in a seamless combination of food, service, and design. We currently manage and own the 75 room Hotel Saint Vincent in New Orleans, and we have two hotel projects in development in Aspen and in Austin that we will also own and manage. MML has a unique plan to own and operate each of its properties and the financial backing to only take on special projects in places we want to spend time.
About Perla’s:
Perla’s is looking for a passionate and driven Executive Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. In this role, you’ll help oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure consistent execution of our menu, and support a high-performing team—all while maintaining the warm, energetic spirit that defines the MML experience.
Located on iconic South Congress Avenue, Perla’s has been serving up fresh seafood and oysters since 2009, with daily deliveries from both coasts and a strong focus on Gulf-sourced ingredients. Our menu highlights clean, simple preparations that let the ingredients shine. With Austin’s prettiest oak-shaded patio, a bright and breezy dining room, a poured-concrete oyster bar, and a massive saltwater fish tank, Perla’s is as much about atmosphere as it is about food. We’re also known for our annual anniversary crawfish boil every April—a true South Congress tradition.
