EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF opportunity in DC for an upscale restaurant with a strong restaurant group that is growing.
Qualifications:
• 3-7 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume scratch kitchen restaurant of $4 million+.
• Proven track record of managing, directing, disciplining kitchen staff
• Experience with training kitchen staff
• Ability to work alongside an Executive Chef who is maintaining food/recipe databases while creating seasonal menu items
• High School diploma or higher education
• Culinary Degree preferred
