The Executive Support and Transportation Specialist plays a critical role in coordinating business operations and logistics and ensuring seamless daily mobility. This position requires exceptional discretion, judgment, and organizational skills.

1. Administrative and Operational Support:
• Manage and optimize the executive’s meetings around the executive’s calendar.
• Coordinate business and personal travel logistics.
• Serve as liaison between the executive and key stakeholders, such as vendors.
• Track expenses and assist with budget reporting, reimbursement, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify and solve logistical challenges with minimal oversight.

2. Transportation Coordination:
