Executive Support Engineer - with Growth Opportunities

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Support Engineer to join an elite High Frequency Trading firm based in the heart of Chicago. As an integral member of this organisation, you will provide executive support for C-suite members while ensuring seamless functionality across desktop systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional technical assistance to high-level executives
• Manage AV conferencing equipment including setup and maintenance
• Offer reliable desktop support services
• Automate tasks using PowerShell scripting language

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ year's experience providing excellent IT customer service at senior management level, 2+ years of experience in providing executive level support
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS (7/10) & Office Suite (2013-16), A/V troubleshooting, and support of desktops, laptops, and network gear.
• Strong knowledge on Powershell Scripting Language
