Position Overview:
As the Executive Vice President of Creative Marketing, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts, developing, and executing innovative strategies to enhance our brand presence. Your role will be crucial in shaping our creative marketing initiatives, fostering strategic partnerships, and positioning our company as a leader in the industry. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement creative vision and marketing strategies to
promote our brand, products, and services, ensuring alignment with overall
business objectives.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all
marketing campaigns, including paid media, content marketing, social
media,
Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define the
overall creative direction of the business.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry,
specifically related to media services ,
and leverage them to drive
innovative marketing initiatives.
Foster strategic partnerships and negotiate contracts with key
industry influencers, digital platforms, media agencies, and other
relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing
regular reports and recommendations for improvement to the executive team.
Stay updated on industry best practices, digital marketing
trends, and competitor activities, incorporating relevant insights into
our marketing strategies.
Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry
events, conferences, and client meetings, cultivating relationships and
driving business opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, design, business, or
a related field.
Proven
experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership role within a marketing
agency, movie studio, entertainment company or similar environment
Established track record of developing and executing successful
digital marketing strategies and achieving business objectives.
Robust understanding
of the entertainment industry, including film, television, music, gaming,
or related sectors.
Excellent leadership and team management
skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve
results.
Superior project
management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal
skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and
external stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic mindset, with the ability to think
critically, identify emerging trends, and translate them into actionable
marketing initiatives.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to
align marketing efforts with overall company goals and make data-driven
decisions.
Outstanding
client-centric skills, including the ability to build and maintain strong
relationships, understand client needs, and present creative concepts
effectively.
Demonstrated experience in negotiating
partnerships and contracts with key industry influencers, digital
platforms, media agencies, or similar entities.
