As one of the region's leading public housing authorities and a proud Moving to Work (MTW) agency, INLIVIAN has a history of serving their community with innovation, integrity, and compassion. They are currently seeking an experienced housing leader to guide the program at the center of that mission.
INLIVIAN is looking for an Executive Vice President of Housing Choice Voucher to lead the day-to-day operations of their Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP). INLIVIAN has a Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program of nearly 8,600 vouchers. Of those, 4,200 are HCVs and the remaining 4,400 vouchers are comprised of other types, such as project-based vouchers (PBVs and RAD-PBVs), Choice Mobility, Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) vouchers, Mainstream based and emergency housing vouchers (EHVs). This is a rare opportunity to shape a program that puts safe, affordable housing within reach for thousands of families, while leveraging INLIVIAN's MTW flexibility to implement bold, effective solutions.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll take ownership of a program that touches nearly every corner of INLIVIAN’s community's housing landscape. You will:
○ Apply advanced working knowledge of HUD regulations, eligibility, continuing occupancy and rent calculation requirements, HQS inspection standards, and EIV to ensure program integrity and timely 50058 submission.
○ Manage the HCV budget and monitors monthly HAP disbursements, with direct responsibility for voucher utilization rates and fiscal reporting to the COO and Board.
