Executive Workforce Management

As Executive Workforce Management (US), you will drive the business-side rollout of Workday Scheduling across our US branches. You will serve as the central point of contact for all scheduling-related matters in the US, collaborating closely with operational teams, strategical workforce planning (PEP) colleagues and other stakeholders. You will ensure smooth operations, efficient processes, and alignment with strategic objectives set by the company!    

  YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead the U.S. rollout of Workday Scheduling, serving as the primary contact for scheduling-related issues
• You collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and optimal system configuration
• You support efficiency initiatives and identify process improvement opportunities aligned with strategic goals
• You partner with the Data Science team to ensure accurate scheduling forecasts and provide operational feedback
• You analyze data and reports to monitor scheduling performance and drive continuous improvement
• You align scheduling processes to balance customer experience with effective workforce management

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Experience You have proven experience in workforce management, preferably in retail or store operations
• Technical Proficiency You have strong analytical skills, experience in reporting and data interpretation and the ability to translate operational needs into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with technical and operational teams
• Soft Skills You have hands-on experience with Workday scheduling or similar workforce planning systems and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
