We are seeking an experienced and reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The successful candidate will handle administrative and clerical tasks, ensure smooth office workflow, and provide support to management and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors professionally
Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Maintain accurate filing systems (physical and digital)
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documents
Handle data entry and update records as required
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoicing, or payroll tasks (if required)
Coordinate internal communication and support team members
Ensure confidentiality of company information always.
