EXP Electrician

We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Experienced Electrician to join our facilities team. This role is responsible for the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components throughout the property. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards and is capable of working independently or as part of a team in a large high-rise or multi-building environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair wiring, lighting systems, electrical panels, circuit breakers, outlets, and other electrical components
  




• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices
  




• Perform routine inspections to ensure electrical systems are safe and operating efficiently
  




• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations
  




• Respond to service calls and emergency requests for electrical issues
  




• Collaborate with the Chief Engineer and maintenance team on larger projects and system upgrades
  




• Maintain accurate records of repairs, inspections, materials used, and time worked
  




• Provide recommendations for improvements or energy-efficient solutions
  




• Assist with lighting upgrades, generator maintenance, and building automation systems as needed
