EXP Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician with expertise in plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general building maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the proper functioning, appearance, and safety of the property.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across the property.
  




• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and fixture installations.
  




• Troubleshoot, service, and maintain HVAC systems, including air handlers, thermostats, and condensers.
  




• Conduct painting, patching, and drywall repair to maintain aesthetic standards.
  




• Perform general maintenance duties including light electrical work, and carpentry.
  




• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
  




• Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and maintain detailed records of all work performed.
  




• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety standards and building codes.
  




• Collaborate with contractors and vendors as needed for larger projects.
