EFDA – Riverside Dentistry (Bellows Falls, VT)

We are seeking a compassionate, friendly and skilled Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills, gain valuable experience in a private practice setting, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist chairside during a wide range of dental procedures

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

• Provide patients with clear pre- and post-operative instructions

• Ensure strict compliance with infection control protocols and OSHA standards

• Complete high quality restorative procedures as permitted by state EFDA certification

• Take high-quality dental radiographs

• Contribute to a welcoming, professional, and patient-centered environment

Qualifications

• Current Vermont EFDA license

• Radiology certification in Vermont (preferred).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
