Heartline Staffing is recruiting an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) for an outpatient Endodontic practice in Venice, Florida. This specialty position focuses exclusively on root canal treatment and supports treatment and consultation workflows while working closely with an experienced Endodontist and established dental team.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Endodontic Specialty Practice
• Practice Focused Exclusively On Root Canal Procedures
• Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM
• No Call Responsibilities
• Approximately 1-2 Half-Day Fridays Per Month During Busy Season
• Treatment And Consultation Workflow
• Hands-On Work With Radiographs, CBCT And Microscope-Assisted Procedures
• Close-Knit, Team-Oriented Work Environment
• Opportunity To Build Endodontic Experience

COMPENSATION
• $23-$27 Per Hour Based On Experience
• Top Hourly Rate Available For Candidates With Substantial Endodontic Experience

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Thursday
• 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

ROLE
• Support Endodontic Treatment And Consultation Workflows
• Assist With Root Canal Procedures
• Take High-Quality Dental Radiographs
• Work With CBCT And Microscope-Assisted Procedures
• Assist With Treatment Plans And Insurance Breakdowns
• Support Phones And Front-Desk Responsibilities When Needed
• Work Closely With An Experienced Endodontist And Established Dental Team

Requirements
• EFDA Certification REQUIRED
• Active Florida License REQUIRED
• Ability To Take High-Quality Dental Radiographs REQUIRED
• Comfortable Assisting With Treatment Plans And Insurance Breakdowns REQUIRED
• Willing To Support Phones And Front-Desk Responsibilities When Needed REQUIRED

Preferred
• Endodontic Experience Highly Valued
• CBCT Experience Highly Valued
• Laser Experience A Plus
• Nitrous Certification A Plus
