Job Summary:

The Estancia Del Norte Hotel is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Expeditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication between the kitchen and dining staff, facilitating timely service and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and dining areas to ensure timely delivery.

- Monitor the flow of food and supplies to maintain efficiency during service.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared accurately and promptly.

- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas.

- Address any issues or concerns that arise during service to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.

- Collaborate with team members to uphold the hotel's standards of service and hospitality.

- Prepare and assist with preparing specialty coffees, Lattes, Cappuccinos, etc.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
