Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Service Expeditor to support our Powersports Service Department. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the powersports industry. The Service Expeditor assists with service workflow and communication between technicians, service advisors, and parts staff to ensure efficient operations and an excellent customer experience. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Ensure required parts are staged for scheduled repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Safely move motorcycles and other powersports units within the service department

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate job status updates to service advisors

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized service and vehicle staging area

  
  

Required Qualifications

• 
  

  Valid motorcycle license endorsement

  
  


• 
  

  Clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to safely operate and maneuver large, heavy motorcycles

  
  


• 
  

  Interest in powersports; prior dealership or service experience is a plus but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong organizational and communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable learning service processes

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

  
  

Physical Requirements

• 
  

  Ability to push, pull, and maneuver large motorcycles and powersports units

  Ability to lift up to [50 lbs]

  Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment

  
  


• Ability to operate a forklift
