Experience Receptionist/Office Assistant Long term -Temporary (Potential for Temp to Perm) Initial Zoom interviews will be conducted on Friday, April, 5th.

  • Location: Austin, TX (Corporate -C-level client's corporate office.)
  • Pay Rate: $27/hour paid weekly.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Job Summary:

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and enhancing the overall client and employee experience. From managing conference room logistics to providing administrative support, you'll be at the forefront of our office's success.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hospitality Excellence: Create memorable experiences for clients and employees by delivering exceptional hospitality services.
  • Conference Room Management: Handle reservations, set-ups, catering arrangements, and maintenance of conference rooms with precision and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with email management, inventory control, and office supply procurement to support various departments effectively.
  • Office Upkeep: Ensure the office is organized, stocked, and fully functional at all times, collaborating with facilities and building management as needed.
  • Client Interaction: Greet visitors, register guests, and serve as a point of contact for employee requests, fostering a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Task Ownership: Independently manage tasks from start to finish, demonstrating accountability and reliability in all responsibilities.

Job Requirements:

  • College degree preferred
  • 3 years of Administrative/Hospitality experience required
  • 2 years of corporate setting experience
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Calendar scheduling.
  • High energy with a white-glove hospitality mindset
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Professional grooming and attire suitable for a corporate environment

Physical Demands:

This role involves frequent movement throughout the office space to ensure organization and restocking levels are maintained.
