Experience Designer

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions, exercising judgment within defined processes, and enhancing user experience through collaborative efforts. Perform portions of designs that are user-centric and visually appealing requiring general domain knowledge and developing business expertise Support and may lead projects of limited scope impacting the product function Analyze and make decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision Receive regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives 1+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
