What you'll be doing:

• Utilizing CRM, cold calling, email, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities


• Setting up meetings or calls with prospective customers


• Managing the sales process from start to close


• Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients


• Collaborating closely with Account Managers and Carriers


• Embracing a hybrid work schedule that includes onsite time

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Commercial Lines sales role, with proven track record of turning prospects into customers.


• Demonstrated success in reaching goals and a goal-oriented mindset


• Active P&C License


• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred


• Comfortable with cold calling, research, and prospect generation
