At Chick-fil-A at Person County Pavilion, our Experience Makers help create an environment where every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for.

This is a people-focused, active role for someone who is energetic, friendly, and genuinely enjoys serving others. You will be one of the faces our guests remember — creating positive interactions while also taking pride in keeping our restaurant clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

What You'll Do

Create a Great First Impression

• Greet every guest with a genuine smile, eye contact, and a pleasant, friendly tone.
• Practice the Core 4 in every interaction:

• Always Say "My Pleasure"
• Make guests feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for.

Make Every Guest's Experience Better

• Engage with guests and look for opportunities to provide genuine hospitality.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer help before being asked.
• Assist guests with trays, high chairs, refills, table clearing, and other needs.
• Look for opportunities to create a memorable moment for our guests.

Take Pride in Our Restaurant

• Keep tables, floors, dining areas, beverage stations, and other guest areas clean and ready.
• Sweep floors, wipe tables, empty trash, and take care of other cleaning responsibilities throughout the shift.
• Notice what needs to be done and take ownership without waiting to be asked.
• Help maintain a restaurant environment that reflects the high standards of Chick-fil-A.

Be a Great Teammate

• Support the team wherever help is needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude, even during busy times.
• Help create a welcoming environment for both guests and fellow team members.

What You Can Expect

This is an active position where you will spend your shift interacting with guests, moving throughout the restaurant, and keeping the dining experience clean and welcoming.

Day and evening shifts are available.

Applicants must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, lifting and carrying trash and supplies, and maintaining dining and service areas. Reasonable accommodations will be considered upon request.
