Your Role:

• Efficiently and accurately complete work as outlined on repair orders, adhering to dealership and factory standards.


• Diagnose malfunctions and perform necessary repairs.


• Create inspection videos showing vehicle recommendations  


• Work with the parts department to procure required materials.


• Document client repairs and materials used.


• Stay current with automotive diagnostic technology and reference materials.


• Keep the supervisor informed on repair status.


• Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.


• Follow federal, state, and local regulations, including hazardous waste disposal.


• Communicate additional service needs to the service advisor and provide labor time estimates.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a dealership service center.


• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred but not required.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


• Strong communication and organizational skills.


• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
