Key Responsibilities:

  Efficiently assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level and availability.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a balanced workload and maximize technician productivity throughout the day.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor progress of repairs and ensure services are completed in a timely manner.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with service advisors to prioritize work and manage customer expectations.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly and consistently with the entire service team.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Preferred 2+ years of experience as an automotive dispatcher.

  
  


• 
  

  Solid understanding of dealership service operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  
  


• 
  

  Xtime experience is a plus.
