Experienced Auto Mechanic

Kalos Services is hiring an Experienced Auto Mechanic to join our in-house vehicle maintenance team. At Kalos, we operate a large and growing fleet of commercial vehicles, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented, mechanically skilled technician who can help keep our fleet running safely and efficiently. Compensation:  $28 to $32 hourly rate based on experience

Schedule:  Initial training and orientation will follow a Monday through Friday schedule, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm (with a one-hour lunch). After this period, the regular shift will transition to Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 am to 7:30 pm (with a one-hour lunch), based on business needs and workload demand. 

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair company vehicles, including service vans and light-duty trucks
• Perform preventative maintenance such as oil changes, brakes, belts, and tire rotations
• Conduct diagnostics using modern tools and equipment
• Track and document repairs and inspections
• Coordinate with fleet management to schedule maintenance and minimize downtime
• Ensure all repairs meet Kalos safety and quality standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience (fleet maintenance a plus)
• ASE Certification preferred 
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair procedures
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical, brake, and engine systems
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• High level of reliability, accountability, and pride in your work
