Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to identify their needs and exceed their expectations.
Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets by effectively selling new and pre-owned Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
Conduct thorough product demonstrations and educate customers on vehicle features and benefits.
Prepare and present clear and concise sales proposals tailored to each customer's needs.
Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to test drives and final delivery.
Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhering to company dress code.
Participate actively in dealership meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto sales, preferably at a Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership.
Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and objectives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
Strong product knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to work daylight, evenings, and Saturdays.
