Responsibilities

  Help customers find the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.

  Stay up to date on Ford products, incentives, and financing programs.

  Demonstrate vehicle features and technology during walkarounds and test drives.

  Work with the sales and finance teams to provide a smooth buying process.

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Previous automotive sales experience is required.

  Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

  Strong communication and customer service skills.

  Professional, dependable, and self-motivated.

  Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

  Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
