Experienced Automotive Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)

Claremont Mazda is a Top 5 sales dealership in the region and a proud Mazda President’s Club Award winner. We’re continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Automotive Assistant Sales Manager to join our leadership team.

This role is ideal for a seasoned automotive professional who understands the business, enjoys developing people, and wants to be part of a positive, high-performance culture.

What You’ll Do

  Support the Sales Manager with daily sales operations

  
  


• 
  

  Coach, train, and develop sales consultants

  
  


• 
  

  Help lead and motivate the sales team to consistently perform at a high level

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the internet and showroom sales processes are followed

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor performance metrics and assist with ongoing improvement

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a professional, customer-focused environment

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  5+ years of automotive sales experience

  
  


• 
  

  Previous leadership or management experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of the internet sales and CRM process

  
  


• 
  

  Proven performance results in an automotive setting

  
  


• 
  

  Positive leadership style with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable
