Pepe Auto Group is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Automotive Biller to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Positive attitude with excellent communication abilities


• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Automotive dealership billing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of automotive billing


• Process New York and out-of-state DMV transactions


• Submit contracts and documentation to banks and lenders


• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance


• Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure timely processing


• Experience with CDK is preferred, but not required

Pay: $52,000 – $75,000 per year
