Alpha One Ford is seeking an Experienced Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our expanding collision repair team. This role is ideal for a seasoned body technician with strong metal, structural, and panel repair capabilities. Whether your background is Ford-specific or you bring broad collision repair experience, this is an opportunity to work in a clean, organized, fast-moving body shop without the daily congestion of city commuting.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Work Location: In person
Ability to Commute: La Grange, TX (Required)
Relocation incentives are available for qualified technicians who are moving from outside the La Grange area. Whether you’re relocating from another part of Texas or from out of state, we’ll help support your transition with relocation assistance and a smooth onboarding process.
Perform structural and non-structural collision repairs on Ford vehicles and light trucks
Repair, replace, and align body panels, bumpers, and exterior components
Conduct frame and unibody straightening per OEM standards
Complete body filler, sanding, priming, and paint prep work
Identify repair needs through proper teardown and documentation
Collaborate with estimators and service personnel to maintain repair accuracy
Follow Ford and dealership repair procedures to ensure safe, quality repairs
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
Uphold high-quality workmanship on every repair
Minimum 3 years of professional body shop/collision repair experience
Ford aluminum repair experience is a plus (not required)
Advanced metalwork, structural repair, and panel replacement skills
Strong diagnostic and damage-assessment abilities within a collision environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
