Location: Patterson Autos Group – Tustin, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

Patterson Autos Group is looking for a highly organized and experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to join our accounting team! If you have EXTENSIVE automotive contract clerk accounting experience and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and review automotive sales contracts


• Ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements


• Communicate with sales, finance, and lenders to resolve discrepancies


• Maintain organized deal jackets and accounting records


• Process daily parts & service deposits, bank reconciliations, flooring payments


• Assist in various accounting office tasks as directed by department manager

Qualifications:

• Automotive contract billing experience required


• Strong understanding of auto dealership accounting procedures


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills


• Proficient in dealership management systems and basic computer skills

The Experienced Automotive Contracts Clerk Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges.  Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $25 and $36.00.  The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
