Responsibilities:
Supervises the cleaning of vehicle interiors and exteriors in compliance with all company standards and client requests.
Supervises the operating of buffers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment to meet service expectations.
Ensure detailers are using cleaning, protective, and restorative agents to maintain and enhance the appearance of vehicles.
Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records of the vehicle’s condition.
Populating a work schedule for the Detail department.
Keep a record of every detail service completed.
