What You’ll Do:

• Guide customers through the finance and insurance process with clarity and professionalism


• Secure competitive financing options by working closely with a network of trusted lenders

• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations


• Finalize all finance and insurance documentation accurately and efficiently


• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize deal structure and profitability


• Provide training and mentorship to F&I team members

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success as an Automotive Finance Manager, ideally in a high-volume dealership


• Deep knowledge of F&I products, CDK a plus, credit analysis, and loan underwriting


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment


• Proficiency in dealership finance software and tools
