Giles Kia is looking for a dependable, experienced Automotive Porter who takes pride in properly caring for and handling vehicles. This position is an important part of our daily dealership operations, working closely with our sales, service, and management teams to keep vehicles organized, clean, accessible, and ready for customers.

This is more than simply moving cars around the lot. The right person understands the importance of vehicle care, safe vehicle operations, lot organization, attention to detail, and getting the job done without constant supervision.

What Do We Offer?

• Pay: Starting at $16/hour, Full Time

Responsibilities Of The Position:

• Safely move and position new and used vehicles throughout the dealership lot, service drive, and other designated areas.


• Keep vehicles properly organized and staged so sales and service teams can quickly locate them.


• Assist with service lane traffic and safely direct and move vehicles as needed.


• Inspect vehicles for obvious damage, cleanliness issues, or other concerns and report them promptly to management.


• Maintain clean, organized, and professional dealership lot and surrounding areas.


• Follow all dealership procedures regarding vehicle keys, security, and safe operations.

What Are We Looking For?
We are looking for someone who understands automotive lot operations and takes pride in doing the job right.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in automotive dealership, auction, rental operation, detailing, service department, or similar environment preferred.


• 21+ years of age, valid driver’s license, and acceptable driving record.


• Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles.


• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.


• Strong attention to detail and respect for customer and all vehicles.


• Work independently and stay productive throughout the day.


• Willingness to learn dealership processes and grow within the automotive industry.
