What You’ll Do:

• Provide a warm, professional showroom experience that builds trust and loyalty


• Leverage your product knowledge and consultative skills to match customers with the right vehicle


• Guide buyers through the full sales process, from test drive to close, with clarity and confidence


• Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals while supporting overall team success

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of automotive sales experience with a proven record of success


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships


• Competitive drive paired with professional integrity


• Comfortable using CRM tools and basic computer systems


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
