Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

Position Summary:
As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between our customers and the service department. Your role will be to ensure every customer has a seamless and professional experience, from scheduling service to the completion of work. We're looking for someone who is results-driven and focused on delivering high CSI scores through exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  Greet customers promptly and professionally

  
  


• 
  

  Understand customer concerns and accurately document service requests

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with technicians and relay findings and recommendations to customers

  
  


• 
  

  Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  Promote additional services based on vehicle needs

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on service satisfaction

  
  


• 
  

  Help maintain and improve high CSI scores

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role

  
  


• 
  

  GM (General Motors) experience is preferred, but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings (CSI)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance

  
  


• 
  

  AutoMate and XTime software experience a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license
