We are a brand new Kia dealership in the fast-growing city of Southaven, Mississippi, operating out of a newly built, state-of-the-art facility. Our service department was designed intentionally—for efficiency, comfort, and customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a proven, high-performing Service Advisor who consistently delivers exceptional CSI scores, builds trust with customers, and takes pride in doing things the right way the first time. This is an opportunity to help set the standard for our reputation in the community and within our brand.

What You’ll Do

  Deliver an exceptional customer experience from write-up to delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Build long-term relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business

  
  


• 
  

  Write accurate, detailed repair orders and present recommendations clearly and confidently

  
  


• 
  

  Ethically sell maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs

  
  


• 
  

  Act as the communication bridge between customers, technicians, and management

  
  


• 
  

  Proactively update customers on repair status, timelines, and costs

  
  


• 
  

  Review completed repair orders for accuracy and quality before delivery

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve customer concerns professionally to protect CSI and retention

  
  


• 
  

  Follow and help refine dealership service processes- you have a voice here! 

  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 
  

  3+ years of proven success as a dealership Service Advisor

  
  


• 
  

  Documented high CSI scores and strong customer retention

  
  


• 
  

  Strong sales performance without sacrificing trust or transparency

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
