Pay Range: Competitive pay based on experience and certifications (flat rate or hourly DOE)

We are a brand new Kia dealership located in the fast-growing city of Southaven, Mississippi. Our dealership features a newly constructed facility, state-of-the-art equipment, and a clean, modern service department designed with technician comfort in mind...warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

Looking for:

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards

  
  


• 
  

  Perform maintenance and repair services 

  
  


• 
  

  Use diagnostic tools and service information systems

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document diagnostics, repairs, and recommended services

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate clearly with service advisors and management

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

  
  


• 
  

  Follow all dealership safety procedures and factory guidelines

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current with training, technology, and repair procedures

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  3+ years of professional automotive repair experience (preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Kia/Hyundai/Genesis experience a plus, but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

  
  


• 
  

  ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  
  


• 
  

  Own tools required (specialty tools and diagnostic equipment provided)
