Experienced Automotive Shop Manager

Busy Automotive Group is looking for an Experienced Automotive Dispatcher to run a team of 15 technicians. *Experience Required*

We have a productive shop and we are busy!

Earning Potential based off Experience.  Salary Plus Bonus.  5 day work week.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work to technicians and assist in various ways to ensure efficient and maximum workflow of the service department


• Review appointment load needed with Service Advisors


• Flag hours on completed repair orders


• Review parts and authorization holds daily


• Review technician cause and corrections on repair orders


• Delegate and monitor shop equipment

Requirements

• Good organizational skills


• Good time management skills


• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop


• Ability to manage a large shop 


• CDK/ADP experience preferred

Position: Full-Time

Pay: We pay based off experience - negotiable
