Responsibilities

As an Automotive Technician at Kollective Automotive Group, your role is pivotal in delivering top-notch service. Here's what we expect:

• Timely Repairs and Maintenance: Efficiently repair and maintain customer vehicles, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.


• Multi-Point Inspection: Consistently utilize our Multi-Point inspection tool at a rate greater than 98%, maintaining safety and reliability.


• High-Quality Workmanship: Provide high-quality work at a productive rate, following published procedures and safety guidelines, ensuring Parts Compliance.


• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest technical bulletins and service publications to stay ahead in your field.


• Continuous Training: Attend and actively participate in training programs recommended by our Shop Supervisor and management to enhance your skills.


• Warranty Compliance: Adhere to warranty policies when assisting other Dealership Team members in completing warranty information, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in Brooklyn, NY. Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)


• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional Automotive repair experience in a Dealership, Franchise, or reputable shop environment.


• Experience working on used cars, specifically Mercedes-Benz (Preferred)


• Team leader experience; able to lead a team as small as 4 through inspection and throughput


• Clean drivers license (Required)


• NYS Inspectors license (if applicable)


• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)


• Successful completion of a Post-secondary Automotive Technology program (Preferred)
