Job Summary:

We are growing AGAIN! The C. Harper Auto Group is looking for a qualified applicant for an Automotive Warranty Administrator. This qualified applicant must have a previous working knowledge and functional background dealing with auto manufactures Warranty submission practices. Automotive Dealership experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims efficiently


• Verify criteria required by manufacturer


• Correct errors and post credits using CDK


• Following up with manufacturers regarding pending claims

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information


• Identify problems within a repair submission and correct them with assistance


• A working knowledge of automotive parts and a minimum of 2 years of experience in warranty administration


• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills


• Professional personal appearance and demeanor


• Valid driver’s license required
