Experienced Bar Back

Description

Responsible for supporting bartenders by restocking supplies, cleaning the bar area, and assisting with customer service. They are also responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bar, ensuring everything is in its place and ready for service. 

Restocking and Maintenance:

• Keeping the bar stocked with all necessary ingredients, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Replenishing liquor, garnishes, ice, and other bar necessities.
• Cleaning and wiping down bar counters, tabletops, and furniture.
• Washing glasses and dishes.
• Handling drink spills and broken glassware. 

Support for Bartenders:

• Assisting bartenders by restocking supplies and maintaining the bar area during service.
• Running glasses, running ice, and cutting fruit.
• Refilling ice wells and emptying trash receptacles.
• Checking on bartenders and ensuring they have everything they need. 

Customer Service:

• Providing a friendly and efficient service to all guests.
• Assisting with customer service by setting tables with silverware and glassware.
• Learning cocktail recipes and other menu items. 

Other Responsibilities:

• Maintaining proper grooming and uniform standards.
• Deliver genuine hospitality to and establish emotional connections with our guests.
