Experienced Bartenders

Slows Bar BQ is seeking Experienced Bartenders to join our dynamic team! Our bartenders play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests through craft cocktails, local beers, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Ensure accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Monitor and manage inventory and supplies
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations
• Assist in training new bar staff as needed

• A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverage trends, and local craft beers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
• TIPS / Service Safe certification required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
