We are seeking an experienced and driven Bilingual (Spanish/English) Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of property management experience, including lease-up experience, and a proven ability to lead teams while driving strong financial and operational performance. This leadership role requires a professional who can balance resident satisfaction with occupancy and NOI goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage the onsite team, including leasing staff and maintenance

• Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking residents and staff

• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy goals, and resident relations

• Manage financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records

• Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth

• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies, including lease-up initiatives, to maximize occupancy

• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain company standards

• Handle escalated resident concerns and resolve issues professionally

What We’re Looking For:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

• Lease-up experience (required or strongly preferred)

• 5+ years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing (required)

• ResMan software experience (huge plus!)

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze financials, and deliver results

• Track record of increasing occupancy and resident satisfaction
