Serra CDJR Lake Orion is seeking an Experienced Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Lake Orion, MI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in body shop estimating, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately assess repair needs.


• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for repairs using industry-standard software.


• Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and repair technicians to clarify damage and repair requirements.


• Work with the body shop team to ensure repair timelines and quality standards are met.


• Stay current with automotive repair techniques, materials, and estimating software updates.


• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the repair process.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a body shop estimator or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimating software.


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.


• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in auto estimating is a plus.
