What You’ll Do:

You’ll bring damaged vehicles back to life with the same care and expertise that have made Mike Bass Ford a name customers rely on for decades. Your day-to-day will include:

  Performing high-quality collision and structural repairs that meet OEM standards

  
  


• 
  

  Handling dent removal, welding, and panel replacements with precision

  
  


• 
  

  Prepping vehicles for paint through sanding, priming, and masking

  
  


• 
  

  Replacing and adjusting body components: doors, bumpers, lights, glass, and trim

  
  


• 
  

  Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and keeping accurate records

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborating with teammates and service advisors to ensure efficient, transparent repairs

  
  

What You Bring:

• 
  

  At least 2 years of professional body shop experience (Ford or OEM certification a plus)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of structural repair, metalwork, and refinishing processes

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to use repair manuals, digital tools, and diagnostic equipment effectively

  
  


• 
  

  A commitment to craftsmanship and safety standards

  
  


• 
  

  A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
